The first column is the series, the second column is the product number, the third column is the optional suffix (some components in this line are available, some are not), the fourth column is the temperature: CIM, i.e. C= 0 to 70°C (commercial) I, E=-40 to 85°C (industrial), the third row is packaged, different suffixes are different package types, screenshot comparison is not lost, and the fourth row R stands for disk/tape.
