ESD products that are not handled properly in accordance with standards will not be eligible for credits or refunds.  Return shipping costs must be prepaid or deducted from invoice credit.  Returns due to customer error may not receive a return authorization.  If ICONE purchases products from the manufacturer specifically for you, such products may be non-cancellable/non-returnable.  Parts designated as "non-cancellable/non-returnable" at the time of quote or sale are not returnable. If ICONE or Supplier, in its sole discretion, suspects or determines that any returned product (including, but not limited to, any electronic components, assemblies, supplies and equipment contained therein) is counterfeit, substandard or otherwise violates these Ordering Conditions, ICONE or Supplier may: (i) report such issues to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine such products for further testing or other analysis without offering any replacement products or refunds until it can be determined whether the product complies with these ordering conditions; (iii) if you send any counterfeit products to ICONE, you will be responsible for all costs, expenses and damages associated therewith, and you agree to indemnify ICONE in connection with such counterfeit products. and any claims and damages, including attorneys' fees and costs.
